– Either party may terminate the agreement for services at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, the client will be liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.

- Limitation of Liability
– SMEPL shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or digital marketing services.
– The client agrees that SMEPL’s total liability for any claims, losses, or damages related to the services shall not exceed the amount the client has paid to SMEPL in the preceding six months.
